Once you have completed your order please allow 24-48hrs for processing. After your product leaves our warehouse you will receive tracking information via email. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.
If you haven't received your package and your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:
- Please allow 3-7 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package has not arrived after the 7th business day, please contact shipping provider.
- If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact shipping provider for further assistance.

International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.
We cannot be responsible for any custom restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for any reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.
Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, UPS or DHL, to change your address.
